A special courtesy meeting was convened today at Hotel Soaltee, Kathmandu, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Nepal and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The meeting was graced by H.E. Vice President of Vietnam, Madam Võ Thị Ánh Xuân.
On the Nepali side, the delegation was led by Mr. Rajesh Kazi Shrestha, Honorary Consul of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Nepal, together with office bearers of the Nepal–Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry:

During the meeting, both sides held substantive discussions on broadening bilateral cooperation, focusing on enhancing trade and investment opportunities, exploring new partnership initiatives, and strengthening economic, commercial, tourism, and cultural exchanges.
Welcoming H.E. Vice President Võ Thị Ánh Xuân, the officials of the Nepal–Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry expressed confidence that the next 50 years of relations will further consolidate mutual cooperation and advance shared prosperity between the two nations.
