Dr Rajesh Kazi Shrestha’s business journey started 4 decades ago. Since then he has come a long way. His hard work has been recognized with various medals and token of appreciation by the Government of Nepal for his contribution in the business sector of Nepal. He is honored as Commercially Important Person (CIP). He also received Doctorate honored by International Journal of Non-Aligned Countries & Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI). He is a former Assistant Minister of Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies. He is currently the Honorary Consul of Vietnam in Nepal and the President of International Chamber of Commerce for Nepal.

I am a founder and Managing Director of Pho Ninetynine Private Limited (PHO99)– a chain of Vietnamese restaurants in Kathmandu. My wife Bao and I introduced Vietnamese cuisine to Nepal and it has proved highly popular. I was born and raised in Nawalparasi in the mid-western region of Nepal. I earned an Associate Degree in Information Technology from the University of Hawaii in Hilo, USA after obtaining a college degree in Nepal. I am a highly motivated, dedicated and passionate entrepreneur who believes in good Karma. My passions are traveling and food. Bao and I now live in Kathmandu with our daughter Amira.
